Nordic Cap of Sweden NP06

Hello y'all!
Today i decided to paint my nails in a nude color. I haven't done a nude for a while, so I decided to give it a go. The color I chose today is NP06 (Number6) by Nordic Cap of Sweden. My local grocery stores sells these nail polishes (also some makeup) for a very inexpensive price. I am planning to go back and get a few more bottles. 

This is a pretty nude with a kiss of pink in it. The polish has silver glitter flecks in there which does not transfer as dramatic as in the bottle, but it is still visible on the nail. In this picture I am wearing 2 coats of polish, i think that this color might need a third coat though.

The consistency of the polish is pretty thick, but it does not make it difficult to paint with. One of the best things about their polishes is the brush, I really enjoy painting with it, it is lovely!

I wore this nude for about 2 months ago, at that moment unfortunately my nail polish chipped very fast, I hope this manicure will give me a more positive experience of the way it lasts.

Overall I would give it a 3/5 stars

Isadora Blue Lagoon Swatch

This is one of the nail polishes that I mentioned in my last blog post. This is a stunning bright sky blue color. One of my all time favorite shades for summer. It's almost perfection!
In this picture I am wearing one coat, it goes on very smoothly and it's very opaque. This is absolutely gorgeous!
I would give this nail polish 5/5 stars

My New Goodies!

Hello polishlovers!

So, for about a week ago i picked up some new nail polishes!

They are polishes that I have been wanting for a while now, so i decided to snag them up. Swatches will come up later.

I got: (from left to right)
Isadora Bananas! (Yellow)
Isadora Blue Lagoon (Sky Blue)
Color Club Take Me To Your Chateau ( Baby Blue)
Color Club French Tip (White)
Depend Holografic in Charm Pink (Nr 2029) and Ocean Green (Nr 2036)

OPI Big Apple Red Swatch

Yesterday I painted my nails in a lovely classic red. It's OPI's Big Apple Red. It is blue toned, so sometimes when you are indoors it can appear as more of a bloody red but also bit more burgundy. Where as in sunlight it brings out the true beauty of the color. When you are outside it looks like a bright vibrant red, it's beautiful.

I decided to apply one coat, but i think this color needs two/three coats for it to be opaque enough. The reason why i didn't is because i was worried the color would appear too dark, cause I was going for the bright summery red.

The formula was nice and it went on smoothly. Even though it can look dark, i still like this red!

Overall I would give this color 3.5/5 stars!

China Glaze Bohemian Collection

This is one of the newest collections released by China Glaze. It's called the Bohemian Collection.
                                                    It contains 6 vibrant chrome shade.

• Swanky Silk - A golden peach with pink/purple duochrome through it.
• Rare & Radiant - A greenish gold duochrome. 
• Unpredictable - A gorgeous green, it has a pretty golden duochrome thorugh it. 
• Deviantly Darling - A beautiful teal.
• Want My Bawdy - A pretty indigo blue with lots of shimmer. 
• No Plain Jane - A lovely purple/magenta. 

My favorites in this collection would probably be Deviantly Darling, Want My Body and No Plain Jane. I think they are beautiful. But the other three are also pretty, but not my favorites though.

OPI Germany Fall Collection 2012

So, I've recently been seeing many swatches and photos of this collection. And even people who has mentioned the OPI Germany Collection in their blogs, but also in a few Youtube videos. Basically, it's everywhere in my life. So, I felt like I had to write a post about this collection as well.

                                        Here is two pictures of OPI's Germany Collection!

There is 12 different colors in this collection. Many neutrals, reds and purples.

Here is a list of the colors that contains:

• Berlin There Done That - A gorgeous light taupe shade.
• Danke-Shiny Red - A beautiful silky shimmery red.
• Deutsch You Want Me Baby? - A shimmery dark sun burnt orange.
• Don't Pretzel My Buttons - A pretty beige with yellow undertones. 
• Don't Talk Bach To Me - A light olive green, with some yellow undertones. There is a slight silver shimmer in it. 
• Every Month is Oktoberfest - A dark vampy red/purple with a beautiful red shimmer in it. 
• German-icure - A burgundy red with a lighter red shimmer through it. 
• My Very First Knockwurst - A pale pink with some beige in it.
• Nein! Nein! Nein! OK Fine! - A lovely dark smoky grey with some green in it.
• Schnapps Out of It! - A dusty rose color, with a slight of hidden silver shimmer.
• Suzi and the 7 Düsseldorfs - A red toned purple with lots of beautiful shimmer. 
• Unfor-Greta-Bly Blue - Dark frosty blue. 

Personally i love the whole collection. Most of the colors are something that I definitely could see myself wearing in the future. I hope i can snag up the ones that are on my wishlist before the get discountinued. One of my favorite fall collections so far.
